In the southern province of Neuquen and on the margin north of Lake Nahuel Huapi in full Patagonian Andes there is a mountain village: Villa La Angostura. Founded in 1932 and named because there are tuned to maximize Quetrihué-the crown in succession, three major hills: -1,782 m-Bayo, Inacayal -1,840 m-and the Belvedere, which reaches 2,000 meters above sea level.
Strategically speaking, the Villa has a perfect location for sports: fishing, skiing, water sports, mountain biking and others.
The fly fishing becomes sublime at the mouth of the river and lakes Correntoso Mirror, Nahuel Huapi and in the most exclusive, Arm Machete, which can only be reached by boat. The navigation on Lake Nahuel Huapi, skirting the Quetrihué leads to Arrayanes Woods, famous for its cinnamon colored trees about 20 meters high.
The forest is one of the most precious curios. In this place, arrayán - bark and soft reddish - and exclusive pure form nuclei. The myrtles are a real ecological particularity: they are the only two pure groups in the region and beyond them there is no other equal in the world.
Do not miss the 12-kilometre trail that runs lengthwise the peninsula and its famous forest. Located south of the province of Neuquen, is one of those ideal places in any of the four seasons.
