Lakes for Fishing
LOLOG. Another Lake in San Martin de Los Andes.
The Lolog is a fishing place and it is very beauty. Located 12 km northwest of the city of San Martin de Los Andes, represents the largest reserve of high quality water in the city, which was declared in 1994 Natural Protected Area.
It is surrounded by mountains whose slopes of medium height doesn’t exceed 800 meters and are cover by dense forest villages colihue canes, and of large trees such as oak pellín, rauli, and cypress, which stained the slopes of yellow and copper orange in autumn. In the area is common to see animals like red deer, wild boar, foxes, hares and wild ducks. Abound in its waters coloured grey-green salmonids, and the surroundings, red deer, wild boar, foxes, hares and wild ducks.
We know that it's hard to choose a destination for summer holidays; the sports fisherman must solve an equation that is not always fair for the whole family group. That is why the Lolog, Neuquina mirror, and as few areas of our country, gives a perfect combination for the whole family spend a wonderful holiday.
